We understand that you may have been expecting a receipt & price tag with your purchase, and we want to explain why this may not always be the case.

In some cases, we may not include a receipt & price tag with your order because customs may charge us a higher tax when they process the clearance. In order to avoid these high costs, we may choose to take out the receipt and price tag from the product before it goes through customs. This allows us to reduce the overall cost of the shipment and pass on those savings to you.
