Refund / Return policy
Please be noted that the goods are purchased with discounted price, which means they are not in perfect condition.
Therefore, the company will not accept returns due to minor defects UNLESS it is major defects that make you(Customer) unable to use the product purchased from Canee Luxury / Canee Boutique / Caneee.UStoMY .
But return & refunds or exchanges must be within 24 (Hour) for online store and Instagram store after receiving the item and is solely at the Company’s discretion.
We will normally will refund in the goods:
- Do not match the desciption which they are sold
- Area incorrect colour or style
- Area supplied in the incorrect quantity
- Are out of stock
Refund or exchange will not be provided if you simply want a different colour, change of specification, change a non-defentive unit for A different modal/brand, or if you simply change of mind, or slight defect, preorder item & clearance item (Lelong) or wrong quantity purchased upon our confirmation.
If you received incorrect item, please contact us in caneeluxury@gmail.com. We will get back to you if the item are eligible for return. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received It. It must also be in the original packagin. If an item can't be replace, the purchase price will be refunded.
The company will not be obliged to accept any goods that are damaged or tampered with in any way. Goods must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact, with all packaging and manuals.

Credit card subjects to the merchant processing time. Delivery Policy
The company will NOT be HELD RESPONSIBLE if anything happens during the delivery process. Once the parcel has been passed to courier partner, we will no longer have power over the parcel.
All Parcels are insured up to RM50. Additional insurance is not available for offer.
For preorder item or incoming ready stock, the estimated time of arrival. It only indicates the shipment's arrival at our warehouse and not at the final delivery address. Please expect that the arrival date might differ. Proceed if you are willing to wait.

Payment
When paying via credit card, the credit card must be under your own name. If the credit card does not belong to you, the company reserves the right to reject the sale. The company also may require an official proof of identification to verify your identity.
We do accept personal cheques, money orders or direct bank transfers. Please note, items will not be released until the transaction has been cleared by the bank and confirmed by our finance department.
We do accept BUY NOW PAY LATER options, but we will not be offering a refund for any cancellation of order. We will only provide store credit.
Any use of fraudulent chargebacks simply to get free merchandise is not only strictly prohibited, but also constitutes a criminal fraud, and will be dealt with by reporting such chargebacks to the police, as well as referring the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction.
